This endpoint allows users to create a new club, which can be assigned to different templates, allowing for varied functionalities and features based on specific user needs. To create a club, the user must provide key details, including the club's name, associated template, and owner ID.
Once created, the club_create event is automatically registered in both the club's and the club owner's event history.
